Our Company is a subsidiary of CBC Australia and as such has the backing of the leading industrial distributer in south east Asia. We are responds to the Bearing  and Power Transmission requirements of the Indonesian mining and heavy industry.

Recently CBC has established a new state of the art workshop in Cilegon, We are currently seeking to fill a number of positions, seeking quality candidates and offering excellent working conditions in our world class facility.

Workshop Supervisor

Cilegon (Banten)

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain a high level of safety.
• Responsibility for the profitability of the business unit
• Analyse job cost and quality records to continuously improve tooling performance and cost
• Respond to customer’s queries, complaint, provide corrective and preventive action and customer quality expectation.
• Responsible to ensure the clients tooling needs are satisfied
• Supervise  a small team of mechanical tradesman

Requirements:

• Bachelor (S1) degree of  Engineering or Diploma with significant years of experiences
• Min 5 years working experiences as Workshop Supervisor
• Have a practical knowledge of machining and welding processes
• Willing to work at several levels
• HSE Knowledge and experience is a must
• Job costing experience
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate
• Preferred domicile in Cilegon area
