Supervise all HR function including: Recruitment, Training, and Development
Conduct test, psychological test and interview for selection process
Conduct and facilitating Training and Development Programmes
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Preferably mastering psychological test analysis and reporting
Having firm knowledge and strong passion in Recruitment, Training and Development
Having good integrity, communication skill, interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
