Quality Assurance Manager

Denpasar (Bali) - Jl. bypass ngurah rai 34 pesanggaran

Responsibilities:


Handle complaints from customers and perform analysis to determine the factors from causing deviations
Monitoring and measurement and prepare supporting facilities required to provide evidence of conformity of the product in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 Element 8.2.4 Monitoring and Measurement Products.
Ensure validation of measuring instruments and test equipment in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Element 7.6 Control Facility Monitoring and Measurement
Understand the methods, techniques, and quality inspection systems for receiving raw materials / auxiliary materials, as well as the production and calibration techniques that have been determined according to the procedure.
Develop guidelines regarding work quality inspection system, measurement and testing in accordance with defined procedures.
Develop and implement strategies related to product quality (including monitoring and measurement of product) in accordance with ISO Standard 9001:2000 Element 7.5.1 Control of Production and Service Provision, and Elements 8.2.4 Monitoring and Measurement Products.
Perform data analysis on non conformity product / defec according to Standard ISO 9001:2000 Element 8.4 Data Analysis
Creating and setting quality standards
Controlling the administration and documentation of data in dept. QA according to ISO 9001:2000 standard elements and elements 4.2.3 Document Control 4.2.4 Control of records
Perform work activities in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 procedures (SOP, WI, Desc Job and Form) that have been determined in accordance with ISO standards.
Controlling and evaluating the implementation of ISO procedures (SOP, WI, Job Desc, Form)
Receiving / perform additional duties given by the supervisor.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Others or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Base in denpasar area.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
