Parts Field Operations

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring excellent operation at dealer, with improving skill of Parts staff to achieve good profit at dealer, cooperate with Service team to meet Parts sales target with focusing to monitoring competitor activity, grey part and fake part penetration also optimize the part channel, and internally supervise sales/supply team to the dealer to meet the excellent operation

Requirements:

• Age 27 - 35
• Experience in a similar automotive field (or pertinent field) for more than 3 years
• High level of skills in improving dealer Parts operations and dealer staff ability
• Bachelor Degree
• Technical background is a plus
• Have knowledge about Parts inventory & warehouse, supply & logistics and distribution
• English proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly detailed and organized
• Must be able to perform daily communications and reporting
• Must possess high levels of ethics and integrity
