PT Kapal Api Global wilayah Jawa Timur membuka Lowongan Kerja Terbaru 2013 bagi anda yang memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan untuk menempati posisi dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
HR Manager/HR Manager
Responsibility:
• Responsible for the full spectrum of the human resources function including day-to-dayadministrative and operational activities of the HR Dept, covering recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training and development and employee communications in order to achieve company's goals.
• Development and administration of the Human Resourses SOP to achieve optimal productivity
Provide advice on issues related to labour legislation
• Conduct investigations on complaints of employee's conduct and take necessary actions
• Responsible for staff welfare activities
• Other tasks which needed time to time
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology/ Law/ Human Resource Management
• Required language(s) : English, Bahasa
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources in the manufacturing company
• Must possess good communications and interpersonal skill
• Independent and good personality
