Description


  • Evaluating production costs to develop pricing strategies
  • Understanding the impact of pricing on profit margins
  • Developing and defining pricing structures
  • Coordinating sales, public relations, advertising and marketing personnel to build pricing models
  • Understanding contract negotiations and bids as well as proposal development
  • Understand pricing regulations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Profile


  • University Graduate - Preferably in a business related course of study including finance, business or economics
  • Minimum 10 +years' experience in Pricing, Revenue management, Sales, Commercial Management, Finance, Trading & Business Development
  • 7+ years profitability analysis and pricing economics experience
  • Language Fluency in English
  • Strong collaboration skills with other departments, business units, etc
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and the ability to make strong recommendations
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate ideas, plans and actions to a broad group of employees
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve complex problems in partnership with others

Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly financial statement, financial reports, etc.
  • Perform costing analysist
  • Analyze account receivable & account payable
  • Conduct fiscal reconciliation, along with PPh 29 calculation, and making SPT Tahunan Badan
  • Reconcile PPh 21 and making form 1721-A1
  • Reconcile PPh 21, 22, 23, VAT per SPT and per Navision
  • Improve knowledge base in taxation in accordance to prevailing rules & regulations
  • Liasing with External Auditor
  • Liasing with tax office or tax consultant
  • Carry out other task given by the company

Requirements:


  • Diploma or degree in accounting, economic or similar degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in making financial statements
  • Minimum 2 years experience working for a public accounting firm
  • Experience in taxation  
  • Able to work on tight deadline
  • Wiling to work long hour

Responsibilities:

for the overall design, validation and deployment, and mapping of the system solution the process and data standards contained within the global template across Southeast Asia and across a specified value chain or business process group. (e.g. Record to Report, Forecast to Deploy, Procure to Pay, Market to Cash, Human Resource Management Business Intelligence and Reporting, Master Data management)

In addition to providing functional/business expertise the Solution Delivery Manager is tasked with:

  • Securing overall Business buy in / approval of processes through the design phase, including trade-offs between local and global.
  • Ensuring the end to end process is detailed and quality checked.
  • Managing the relationship with and representing the company in the global process and data standardization efforts.
  • Review of functional design definitions for the global processes, data standards and local systems
  • Design of integration between global systems and local systems
  • Development of functional design definitions for local requirements
  • Integration with global BSLs on process, data, standards and systems and user acceptance testing, data cleansing and conversion activities
  • Management of service providers (e.g. management of 3rd party provides of applications systems expertise and services).
Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university; prefer majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in Information System & Technology area, preferably from FMCG Industry / Multinational Company.
  • Minimum 3 years having managerial role experience
  • Tertiary qualified in process related area or equivalent
  • Strong technical knowledge in: mobile platform, .NET framework, Desktop and Web Application development.
  • Strong architecture design knowledge in above technologies
  • Strong change management concept
  • Business processes within a specific area (e.g. Record to Report, Forecast to Deploy, Procure to Pay, Market to Cash, Human Resource Management Business Intelligence and Reporting, Master Data management) 
 - Systems and process integration expertise 
 - Integration and systems testing
 - Data extraction and conversion
 - Ability to develop application requirements based on input gathered from various sources
 - Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality compliance with established project standards
 - Facilitation experience for conducting review sessions and running stakeholder meetings
