Under the general supervision of the General Manager, this role requires a proven sales professional to lead the growth of sales with a particular focus on new customer development. The position will use effective methods such as building client relationships, surveys of new segments & customer satisfaction to achieve against growth targets.
Main Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not Limited to:
You will be directly responsible for growth of sales of all SCHÜTZ products and services in the designated region with a particular focus on the development of new sales of ECOBULK IBC.
To achieve greater market penetration of SCHÜTZ IBC’s across Indonesia by achieving & exceeding agreed sales targets, through existing sales channels and development of new customers.
To represent SCHÜTZ in the regional market in a professional and ethical manner. To gain respect in the general market place for our firm as the supplier of choice for quality packaging solutions.
To gain knowledge and understanding of developments in the industrial packaging market in the designated region, including the activities of our competitors, to better achieve sustainable sales growth.
This role reports directly to the General Manager.
Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and to identify market trends, needs and opportunities and translate them into business success.
Min Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines
Min 5 years sales experiences, preferably in Packaging, Chemicals, Oleochemicals, Petrochemicals or Lubricants industry
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
A results-oriented, responsible & self-driven person
Possess good business acumen and has a good track record in sales
Positive attitude and self disciplined individual who is willing to learn
Fluent in English both written & spoken
