Firmware Engineers

Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities: 

• Develop software requirements and design specifications for individual programs;
• Develop schedule, track progress, and make task adjustments as necessary to maintain schedule commitments;
• Schedule and hold code reviews to ensure that standards are being met;
• Work with electronics hardware and systems personnel to determine and clarify project specifications;
• Participate in process tollgate reviews by documenting and presenting software design and reliability information;
• Develop and implement software test plans to ensure software quality and completeness to specifications;
• Lead and oversee development of service and engineering tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from Polytechnics or Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Proficiency in C/C++ Programming
• Experience in designing & coding for microcontroller or embedded system and state machine
• Good knowledge of embedded software development process, tools and concepts
• Should have interest in Embedded Systems and Electronics.
• Experience in full product life cycle (design to production) development of embedded applications
• Demonstrated initiative, drive, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Renesas, TI, STMicrolectronics or any other processors.
• Experience in software test and validation (Polyspace, PC-LINT )
