- Memahami gambar teknik & lambang-lambang teknik.
- Komunikatif, cekatan dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Jujur, berkepribadian baik, dan bertanggung jawab
- Mampu bekerja secara individu dan tim
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area kerja perusahaan
